I have been a youth mentor for 25 years and moved into inspiring adults a few years ago. As an employer of 15 to 65 year olds, low income to upper incomes, I have been told I am very approachable and have an ability to be open for everyone!
I have lived a very colourful life! I've endured heart ache, I've hurt others...I've experienced extreme loss and I was bullied, I have a chronic disease and also work with my anxiety daily. Yet, I am happy, I am fulfilled, I am courageous and I am always optimistic. I know that I can handle it...you can too, believe me! I listened, learned, won some and lost my fair share - I would do it all over exactly the same way!

I was named Heather Elizabeth Lennie, a nice name, yet the initials say differently,.. thanks mom and dad, but now I can see it was by design. The design that I almost always attack life with the h.e.l.YA! attitude. Not everyone can go in with both feet all the time, maybe you never do - how ever you do or want to jump in, we can make that happen together in the most positive way!
